BLACKHEATH WELCOMES ALFORD

Leigh ALFORD is our new overseas player for the upcoming season. He is an 18 year old Australian who is looking forward to his first season in England as an overseas player. He plays grade cricket in Victoria for Melbourne and comes highly recommended to the club by John Fitzgibbon (ex-Guildford player). He is a left arm fast-medium bowler and right handed middle order batsmen. He will be arriving in England at the end of April, a week before the first League Match.
